Hello everyone! We are delighted to reconvene for the HMPS-ES 2020 event, the Webinar Leadership session with the theme "Sharpening Leadership Soul for the Advancement of the Nation," held on Saturday, December 19, 2020. This event embodies the realization of a work program within the HR division's agenda for the 2019/2020 term. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, we were steadfast in our determination to ensure the implementation of our planned work program.

This Leadership Webinar was conducted through the Zoom platform, commencing at 09.00. The Leadership Webinar stands out due to not only its theme but also the esteemed hosts and speakers. Duta FEBI served as the MC, while the moderator was the former HMPS chairman (2018/2019). Furthermore, the speakers were former active students in various organizations during their time at the university. They are alumni of UIN Sunan Kalijaga, namely Muhammad Adib Z. SE and Eeng JUli Efrianto, M.E.

The event program followed its usual sequence, commencing with an opening, recitation of the holy verses of the Qur'an, rendition of the Indonesian national anthem, and the UIN Sunan Kalijaga hymn. This was followed by speeches from the Head of the Study Program and the Chairman of HMPS, a presentation of the material, a discussion/Q&A session, and concluded with a group photo session. All the event programs proceeded seamlessly, and the participants displayed great enthusiasm, particularly during the discussion session. Regrettably, Mr. Abdul Qoyyum, the Head of the Islamic Economics Study Program, was unable to attend due to poor health. However, Mrs. Lailatis, the Deputy Head of the Study Program, represented him and delivered the speech.
